Name: Anne Chapman

Room: Milky Ways II

Bio:  Hello! My name is Anne Chapman and I am a teacher in the Milky Ways II classroom. I grew up in Cohasset, Massachusetts, a small coastal town about twenty miles south of Boston with my parents and an older brother and sister.  I came to St. Louis to attend Webster University in the fall of 2007. I graduated from Webster in May 2012 with a BA in Early Childhood Education and a minor in music.  St. Louis has always been a second home to me. My mother grew up here and I spent many of my summers in St. Louis visiting extended family members who still live in the area.

I was first introduced to UCCC in January 2011 when I completed a practicum for a class in the Milkyways I classroom.  In the fall of 2011, I began working part time at UCCC and in June 2012, after a brief break from working in order to complete my student teaching, I joined the UCCC staff full time. I am so excited to be part of the family here at UCCC! When I am not working I enjoy cooking, reading, going to the movies, and spending time with my friends and family
