Kudos to our Ms. Desiree and all the changes to our menu and to her attention to meeting nutrition guildelines.  I am sure most of the families have noticed
  • whole grain pastas
  • less sugar
  • more nutritious afternoon snacks
  • wheat breads
  • new popular items such as dried cranberries ,  blueberry yogurt, hummus and many more

Desiree has been focusing on fresh as well.  The tomato sauces are often made from the frozen garden tomatoes. Canned and processed foods have basically departed.  She is constantly learning and excited with her growth in the field of nutrition for our children.
