Bio: I came on to UCCC in June 2016. I remember cooking my first Thanksgiving meal when I was 12 years old. Since that first meal my heart has belonged to cooking. My professional experience includes more than 20 years in the cooking field, ranging from being dietitian manager at healthcare facilities, sous chef for hotels, to serving as executive chef for premier dining restaurants in Saint Louis.
I am married to my beautiful wife Cora and I am the uncle of two wonderful nieces.
My favorite thing about cooking is whether I am having a good or bad day, cooking gives me solitude and peace.
