Name: Asia Smith

Position:  Administrative Assistant

Bio:  Asia Smith is an avid animal aficionado who also has a knack for creative word play. She is originally from Illinois, where she attended school and obtained a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Throughout the years, she’s worked numerous jobs ranging from a hotel night auditor to an animal hospital client coordinator. Asia has spent time on both coasts having lived in Northern Virginia and also Southern Oregon; where she gained a profound respect for nature, self-awareness, and community involvement. But, the love of her funny family brought her back to the St. Louis area where she continues to thrive and enjoy new adventures.

Nowadays, her mission is to spread knowledge to anyone who will listen. She greatly enjoys exploring the outdoors as well as the kitchen with her young son. You can find her friendly face at the front desk where she maintains balance and organization for all of UCCC’s enrollments, classroom transitions, and student withdrawals.
