Families are welcome to apply to UCCC at anytime during the year. There are 2 easy steps to joining our UCCC family!
1. Take a Tour with us. You can view photos of our center on our Take a Tour page, download our tour packet and can contact us with any questions at (314) 726-0148.
2. Join our waitlist by completing the following steps:
Please click on the button below to establish an account with Procare, our registration program. You do not need to sign/return the waitlist form to us.
When you share your email you will be sent a confirmation code via email in order to log in and complete our waitlist questionnaire. The primary contact information that you will share will be our main contact for you when reaching out to you regarding openings available for your family.
The Procare system will ask you to submit photographs of your child and each parent/guardian. This is optional. Should you choose to submit, please attach forward facing head shots that are not group photos. Thank you.
