Through United Way’s local partnership with more than 170 nonprofit agencies, as well as programs and services such as United Way 2-1-1STLVolunteer, and others, more than one million people are served by United Way each year.

 

Blues for Kids, the charitable trust of the St. Louis Blues, has a mission to positively impact programs and services that improve health and wellness of youth in the St. Louis area.

Gateway Greening educates and empowers individuals through gardening and urban agriculture, connecting people to the land, to their food and most importantly, to each other. Gateway Greening is a community of gardeners, farmers, neighbors, friends, and volunteers building deeply rooted, resilient urban communities throughout St. Louis.

 

The Staenberg Family Foundation was founded in 2005 by Michael and Carol Staenberg as a supporting foundation of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis. As such, it supports projects and programs that meet the mission of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis, which is to mobilize resources needed to preserve and enhance Jewish life in St. Louis, in Israel and around the world. 

 

The mission of the Service Bureau Fine Stationery and Gifts is to produce a profit to distribute to St. Louis community-serving charities through our Foundation. They seek to fulfill their mission by being the finest stationery and gift store in the St. Louis area, providing enticing products, superior customer service and a friendly, pleasant shopping experience for their customers.

 

Bring Me A Book St. Louis is committed to eliminating the literacy gap through selecting and procuring high-quality hardback children’s literature for under-resourced children to read aloud at home and school.
